Meet the Queen B.
Hannah Hartmann started the business from roots up and without any idea of how badly it was needed.
After watering and tending to it graciously, MODA has grown into two locations in Indiana and an academy where the company teaches aesthetic services to beauty professionals, is a proud owner of its own product line, and has created jobs to over 60 women in the community.
Let’s take it back to the beginning. It all started growing up in Iceland with her Dad who wasn’t exactly a fashion muse. The craving for all things girly was real, and as soon as she was of age to dabble with it, she did. Childhood friends were blessed with play-facials in her bedroom., and this play turned to a reality when she entered the beauty industry back in 2010.
Hartmann is also a proud boy mom who loves interior design, wife to her best friend, and a certified lash instructed through Borboletta Pro. Look up Hartmann in the dictionary and you’d find a woman with a strong desire to teach, a natural-born leader, and a proud perfectionist who always gives credit when it’s due to her fellow team.
